Our philosophy: The realization of a vision
Our philosophy: You don’t have to be an angel to set good things in motion. But we have a vision. We imagine that we will initiate a movement through which more and more farmers in Liguria and throughout Italy will discover how much more genuine, beautiful and profitable in the long run it is to farm their land organically.
And, that people join it, from all over Europe. People who discover Organic Farming Italy for themselves, are enthusiastic about this idea and want to help passively or actively that it spreads faster and further.
So eventually we will be hundreds of farmers and thousands of contributors. And we will be proud that we were able to play a part in protecting the climate, improving nutrition and preserving biodiversity.

Our philosophy: quality always comes first.
When we have to choose between the quality of our products and the margin for the same, we always choose quality. That is our philosophy. For example, we don't allow new adoptions if we're worried we won't be able to produce enough bioolive oil for the adopters at the end of the year. Because we would never mix our olive oil with one from another farm. You can taste this if you know the original oil and this would not meet our standards of first-class organic olive oil. And our philosophy is to have only people around us who share our views. This applies equally to farmers, but also to customers.
There is not only a little organic
Our philosophy: Organic is not a trend, it is an attitude to life. Although it is not at all possible for most people to adhere to the rules of sustainable living all the time. Not so with our organic olive oil. Here, it’s all or nothing. Thus, our olive oil is 100% organic. Without any additives. Even the olive press has never come into contact with anything inorganic unnatural.
From sharing and sharing
Sustainability is too important not to share. So we are always looking for new ideas to spread what is good and right for all of us as far as possible. The adoption of the olive trees here is just an idea. We also plan, for example, to offer events for companies so that their employees can experience live what it means to produce food in harmony with the environment.

People who just want to buy olive oil should not adopt an organic olive tree with us. In fact, with sponsorship, you are part of a community of organic farmers.
